Biography: Maureen O’Sullivan wrote a thesis in socio-legal aspects of Linux and is now a researcher and lecturer in international software law, covering both licensing and legislation. She has published extensively in the field and has recently undertaken a number of consultancies in the area, both in Europe and Latin America.
