my son set me up with openoffice to usa instead ofWord; and I can't do anything other than use the form in front of me....not even change margins. Maybe this is the accompaniment that I have needed. In exploring this, after not being to submit a comment doc to the federal nuclear commission, expressing concern about our safety and our environment, I learned the choices --sxw, etc--that I do not believe were there...I'm going to check....and I'm in the process of writing to comp[lain that not all of the public was able to make comment.
