Suggestion on the magazine
Submitted by danyve on Tue, 2007-01-30 12:51.
Vote!Hi,
The open source world is very big. There are tons of projects; many of those projects will never go further than the alpha version.
What I would like to read in this magazine is more about projects in different categories. For example, in each issue, a different game (there are so many); administration tool; financial tool.
Alternative for commercial softwares like cd burning softwares. I know that Linux is very popular (and I'm using it) but there are a lot of developer for Windows (that I use for the job) and what about Mac (my girlfriend has one)?
It may sound like free publicity but may result in increasing the popularity of the Open Source community.
Thanks for reading my comments. :)
I agree. I often see users

Vote!I agree. I often see users using software just because they don't know of any other alternative. I would also like to see software reviews because it's hard to find a good stable program that isn't a commercial product.
hardware manufacturers and Open Source and Linux Software

I believe that when Hardware Manufacturers realize that there could be more
profits in developing their hardware to succesfully integrate with Open Source and Linux Software ; then I , believe that the world shall see the
rapid acceptance of Open Source and Linux Systems ,and that will eclipse the
Microsoft Dominance in the Computing World.
